Study on toughening of Fe based amorphous coatings by ultra high speed laser cladding

چکیده
Abstract Fe based amorphous alloys have no defects such as grain boundaries and dislocations, with high hardness wear resistance. However, due to the limitation of brittleness size effect, they been unable realize engineering application. Using ultra-high speed laser cladding technology prepare powder into coating can not only give play its excellent properties, but also avoid limitations caused by effect. Therefore, it has broad application prospects is expected become a breakthrough in alloy. In this paper, we make 52.8 Cr 22.4 Mo 18.3 B 2 Si 1.2 C 2.1 on 27SiMn cladding, view phenomenon that cracks are easy occur coating, optimization scheme prefabricated transition layer designed, toughened, resistance studied. The results show toughening effect Ni best, occurrence rate surface micro be reduced 35%. microhardness about 1200HV 0.1 , which 6 times substrate.
